Mac Mavericks(OS X 10.9)부팅 USB 만들기

Quick and simple

1. Download from the App Store – but do not install
2. Grab a USB flash drove ( 8GB )
3. Format to Mac OS Extended (Journaled)  and keep the default name as “Untitled”
4. Open a terminal window and run the following command

sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Mavericks.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia –volume /Volumes/Untitled –applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Mavericks.app –nointeraction

It will prompt for your root password if needed and take about 15-20 mins to completed .

now you can clean install OS X 10.9 Mavericks from your USB flash drive
